Vsevolod Viktorovich Stratonov

Obituary: AN 268, 191 (1939)

Stratonov discovered the emission nebula IC 1990 near the Plejades. He discovered it with the 13" photographic refractor (installed by Repsold-Henry in 1894) at Taschkent Observatory.
