Flamsteed found 3 NGC-objects; only 1 was new: NGC 2244, the cluster around 12 Monocerotis. The known ones are M 8 and M 41. All objects are listed in: Flamsteed, J., Historia Coelestis Britannica (London 1712). He used the 9.7" refractor at Greenwich Observatory.
